Choose your bracelet size and your first charm. The charm is on us: the price you see is for the bracelet and the charm together.

Can I choose any charms?

Yes. Pick the ones that mean something to you, from Love and Protection to Pets and Nature. Mix and match as you like.

What are Aurelle charms made of?

Every charm and bracelet is 925 silver-plated over a hypoallergenic, nickel-free alloy, so it's gentle on sensitive skin.

Will the charms fit my bracelet?

Yes. Our charms fit every Aurelle bracelet and most standard snake-chain charm bracelets.

Which bracelet size should I choose?

Wrap a strip of paper around your wrist, mark where it meets and measure it. Add 1.5 cm for a comfortable fit with charms. Most people wear 17–19 cm. Sizes run from 17 to 21 cm.

How long does delivery take?

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return any unworn item in its original packaging, no questions asked. Email us at officialaurelle@hotmail.com with your order number and we'll guide you through it.

If your order included a free bracelet or charm, please return it together with the items that qualified for it.

Is there a warranty?

Every piece comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, email us with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.

Can I send it as a gift?
