These terms govern your use of officialaurelle.com and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you accept them.

Aurelle sells charm jewellery online. You can reach us at officialaurelle@hotmail.com.
Our products
Our pieces are 925 silver-plated over a nickel-free, hypoallergenic alloy. They are not solid sterling silver, and we never describe them as such.
Plating is a surface finish. With daily wear it can fade over time. To keep your piece looking its best, remove it before swimming, showering or exercising, and keep it away from perfume, lotion and cleaning products.
Product photographs are taken under studio lighting. Colour and finish may vary slightly on your screen. Charm dimensions may vary by up to 1–2 mm.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the moment you complete checkout.
Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise and are valid while stocks last.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — and refund you in full — if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.
Returns and warranty
See our Returns & Refunds page. In short: 30 days to return for any reason, and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos and layout — belongs to Aurelle and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
