These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with us. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by Aurelle. Our registered business details and address are available on request at hello@aurelle.com. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Aurelle; "you" means the person using the site or placing an order.

2. Using this site

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

3. Products, prices and availability

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax unless stated otherwise. Tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.

We try to show every product accurately, but colours can appear differently on different screens, and small variations in handmade and plated pieces are normal rather than defects.

All our jewellery is 925 silver-plated over a hypoallergenic, nickel-free alloy unless a product page explicitly says otherwise. We describe it that way on purpose — we would rather understate the material than overstate it.

Products are subject to availability. If an item sells out after you order it, we will contact you and refund you in full.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation email.

We may refuse or cancel any order — for example if the item is mispriced through an obvious error, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot ship to your address. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery times, return conditions and warranty terms are set out in our Shipping and Returns & Refunds pages. Those pages form part of these terms.

7. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under it. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

8. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, designs and layout of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Beyond that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is registered. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
