Where we ship

We ship to the United Kingdom, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, Sweden and Switzerland.

Delivery time

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 5 to 15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs clearance or carrier delays during peak periods. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, email us and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on orders over €59.

Orders under €59 ship for €4.97.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our facility. Tracking information can take up to 72 hours to show its first scan — this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and, where relevant, a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full. You do not pay twice for a problem that happened in transit.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Customs and duties

Orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price you pay us and are the responsibility of the recipient.
