Yes. Our charms fit every Aurelle bracelet and most standard snake-chain charm bracelets.

Wrap a strip of paper around your wrist, mark where it meets and measure it. Add 1.5 cm for a comfortable fit with charms. Most people wear 17–19 cm. Sizes run from 17 to 21 cm.

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return any unworn item in its original packaging, no questions asked. Email us at officialaurelle@hotmail.com with your order number and we'll guide you through it.

If your order included a free bracelet or charm, please return it together with the items that qualified for it.

Every piece comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, email us with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.

Of course. Every order arrives in a soft pouch, ready to give. Want it boxed? Add our Gift Box and it arrives with no wrapping needed.

Wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Keep it away from perfume, chlorine and salt water, and store it in its pouch. A little care keeps the silver bright for longer.
