**1. Overview**

This website is operated by Aurelle LLC ("Aurelle", "we", "us"). By visiting our site and by purchasing from us, you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

**2. Who can order**

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when ordering.

**3. Products and descriptions**

Our pieces are silver-plated and finished with cubic zirconia stones unless stated otherwise in the product description. They are not solid sterling silver and are not fine jewellery. We describe our products as accurately as we can, but colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Product images are illustrative.

**4. Care and use**

Plated jewellery is not waterproof. Remove your pieces before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping, and keep them away from perfume, lotion and cleaning products. Damage caused by these is not covered by our returns policy.

**5. Prices and payment**

All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

**6. Promotions**

Promotional offers, including free-gift and multi-buy offers, apply only while stated on the site, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Promotional items have no cash value.

**7. Orders and cancellation**

Receiving an order confirmation does not mean we have accepted your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, including where a product is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where an error has occurred. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

**8. Returns**

Returns and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

**9. Intellectual property**

All content on this site, including text, images, designs and the Aurelle name, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

**10. Liability**

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

**11. Governing law**

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

**12. Changes**

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
