What to include
If your message is about an order, send us the order number — it's in your confirmation email and starts with a #. For anything damaged or faulty, attach a photo. It saves a round of emails and gets your problem solved a day sooner.

- What size bracelet do I need? Wrap a strip of paper around your wrist, mark where it meets, measure it flat, and add half an inch. Most people wear 6.5 to 7.5 inches.
- Will it tarnish? Our pieces are 925 silver-plated. Keep them away from perfume, chlorine and salt water, wipe them with a soft dry cloth after wearing, and they hold up well. Plating is not permanent — that's true of every plated piece, ours included.
